Yes, we are pet friendly. Please contact us for breed restrictions and more information. 

The Federal Apartments have stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator,  hardwood floors
and individual A/C's in each apartment. Please view all amenities by visiting our Amenities page.

No, the Federal Apartments does not offer furnished apartments. 

Maintenance

Apartments are turned after every move out to ensure a clean and easy move in; this includes a fresh coat of paint and
thorough professional cleaning.

Residents are not required to be present for work to be performed.

Yes, The Federal Apartments has on-site maintenance available to help with issues.

In order to get help with a repair or an issue in the unit, residents can create a maintenance request online
explaining the issue and it's priority.

Contact management if you are locked out during office hours, or contact maintenance if locked out during off hours.

Administrative

In most cases, an applicant will be approved or denied within 2 days. 

Residents have the option to pay rent via check, credit card or electronic payment. 

Yes, residents have the option to pay an additional $13 a month for renters insurance or use a 3rd party insurance.

No, residents are responsible for the duration of their lease terms. 

Please set up your utilities directly with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), Ratio Utility Billing (RUBS)
and your preferred internet/cable provider.

None, electricity payments are paid directly through LADWP, while both water and trash are on a RUBS program.

Yes, the combined income of a household must be at least 2.5x monthly rent for approval.
